The work contemplated consists of night work construction of approximately 4,120 linear feet of 24-inch diameter potable water transmission main along NE Stephens Street from Isabell Avenue to Newton Creek Road to replace an existing transmission main, including fittings, valves, combination air release valves, low point blow-off and drain assemblies, and corrosion monitoring system; rehabilitation of existing transmission main intertie piping crossing underneath railroad right-of-way utilizing trenchless-installed cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) methods; connections to existing distribution and transmission mains; abandonment of existing water distribution and transmission mains; connection of new ICCP lead wires to new transmission main; surface restoration, pavement restoration, traffic control and the performance of any other work as called for by the project.
