Renovation of a conference / convention center in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Replacing the current four air handlers/heating units at Douglas Hall, located at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, with up to four new energy efficient HVAC units with both heating and air conditioning. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. All Bidders must submit a list of their first-tier subcontractors. The Project does not require a contractor or subcontractor to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder. The Board of Commissioners may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject all Bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
