The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment,materials and supervision for installation of approximately 185 linear feet of 36- inch diameter storm pipe, 1,540 linear feet of 24-inch diameter storm pipe, 105 linear feet of 21-inch diameter storm sewer pipe 700 linear feet of 18-inch diameter storm sewer pipe, 425 linear feet of 15-inch diameter storm sewer pipe, 750 linear feet of 12-inch diameter storm sewer pipe, 21 storm sewer manholes, 15 storm sewer inlets, connections to existing structures and pipe, and trench resurfacing. The cash, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit or Bid Bond shall be payable to the City to the extent of 10% of the amount of the bid in case this bid is accepted by the City and the undersigned shall fail or refuse to execute the Contract and furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond or the Public Works Bond Filing Certification form as required by the Specifications within the time limit named therein after notification that said bid is accepted, all in accordance with the provisions of this bid and the Plans and Specifications which are a part hereof. Engineer's Bid Range: $1,300,000 - $1,600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
