Site work for a water / sewer project in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bids must be identified with the bidder's "Construction Contractors Board" or the "State Landscape Contractors Board" license number as required by Oregon Laws on the outside of the sealed bid envelope The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of 860 lineal feet of 6-inch Ductile Iron Water Line, installing a Fire Hydrant an Air Release Valve and a service connection for future use; resurfacing trenches, furnishing, placing and maintaining of traffic control devices; and other incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans. Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, may waive any irregularities, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding it is the public interest to do so. The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the contract before the elapse of 60 Calendar Days, or not later than September 1, 2023.
