Site work for a municipal facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
County Hall has recently undergone a large interior renovation relocating the main public entrance to the east side of the building between County Hall and the Community Centre. We now have the opportunity to upgrade the landscaping on the south side and replace a lot of the plant material that was planted 30 years ago. The main purpose of this project is to steer the public that want to visit county hall from either walking along Sherwood Drive or parking in Lot D to enter on the east side of the building. The project has been split into four phases due to budget constraints with Phase 1A being completed this year. Phase 1A will include removal of all existing hard and soft landscaping north of the existing cenotaph walkway including electrical and irrigation on the south side of County Hall north of the Cenotaph walkway as well as a portion on the southeast side. Supply and installation of electrical, concrete walkways, lighted bollards, large planting beds and a large quantity of plant material.
