PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Scope of this project consists of the seismic rehabilitation of Scio High School original classroom building. The rehabilitation will be accomplished by means of adding lateral force resisting elements where necessary, by ensuring a proper load path to the foundation element. In conjunction with the lateral system, the diaphragm will be strengthened and new vertical lateral force resisting elements will be constructed. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Qualification requirements for individual bid packages are stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must submit their qualifications for approval in accordance with the qualification requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders and elsewhere in the Bidding Documents.
