Yd. of CRS-2PM oil in place at 0.45 gal. per sq. yd. and 25 lbs. #8-1% washed stone rolled into place, including traffic control on various township roads. AND 26,400 Sq. Yd. of CRS-2PM oil in place at 0.45 gal. per sq. yd. and 25 lbs. #7-1% washed stone rolled into place, including traffic control on various township roads.The contract may be awarded at that meeting or at a subsequent meeting which shall be announced. Bids received after the above referenced time and date will not be considered. Bids will not be accepted electronically. Only bids for the contract in its entirety will be accepted. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality at the township office. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance and payment bond in the amount of the contract will be required from the successful bidder. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All bidders are responsible and required to become familiar with the road conditions for the roads which are a part of this proposal.
