Renovation of a municipal facility in Cochranville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
West Fallowfield Township will be accepting sealed bids for a project to replace and install fifteen windows, two doors. soffit, fascia and gutters at the Township building, 3095 Limestone Road, Cochranville, PA. The scope of work is fully described in the bid packet/bid submission form available at the Township building. The bid materials are available upon request to the Township Secretary or at the Township building during regular Township office hours. Bids shall be SEALED in an envelope clearly marked "Attn: sealed bid inside - Windows." Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled within a period of sixty (60) days following the date for receipt of bids unless the Bidder obtains the prior written consent of the Township. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, the Township will have complete discretion to award a contract (or not to award a contract) to any bidder based on any criteria it deems relevant.
