Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cochranville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Project #1 consists of applying Oil & Chip as per Section 470 of Pub 408, using CRS-2PM, with a Single Application and #8 aggregate for 33,465 square yards, and Double Application with #8 aggregate for 8,600 square yards. Project #2 involves Base Repair with milling 6 inches, applying 4 inches of 25 mm, and 2 inches of 9.5 mm, tack coat, and milled key joints for 1,590 square yards. All work must comply with current PennDOT specifications. Bidders must submit proposals on Londonderry Township forms, available by request. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the total bid in a sealed envelope marked according to the project. Performance and Payment Bonds covering 100% of the contract are required within 20 days after contract award. Londonderry Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
