The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 240 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair B. 35,930 SY of Milling C. 36,010 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay D. Required Line Work E. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay electronically a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted electronically and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid.Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract.
