Building 96 - Mobilization of equipment, building demolition and site restoration. The work generally involves the complete demolition of the former military barracks building ("Building 96"), removal of environmentally sensitive materials, proper closure of five groundwater monitoring wells, restoring the site, providing grass (seed and mulch) finished surface for Building 96 footprint, sidewalk replacement, and providing professional survey documentation. Bid Additive No. 1 Mill and Overlay for 2,140 square yards of Airport Drive in front of Building 26, including pavement markings for roadway.
