Project was awarded to Bishop’s Tennis Inc. in the amount of $255,295.60 The Town of Woodstock ('Town') is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to furnish all labor, materials, and tools required for repairs and resurfacing for six (6) tennis courts and one and one-half (1.5) basketball courts located at W.O. Riley Park in Woodstock, VA. The courts were last renovated in 2013, with no major repairs since that date. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right, at any time prior to award of the contract, to reject any and all proposals, or any part thereof, to make no award, and/or to issue a new RFP, or make modifications, corrections, or additions to the information contained herein. Offerors are cautioned this is an RFP, not a request for contract. Question Deadline 04/28/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Written responses, including the questions, will be provided to all Offerors via an official Addendum and posted on the Town's website. The contractor shall schedule and plan the project with the designated Town representative. All applicable safety construction standards must be followed. All products used during this processmust be used and applied in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and must be approved by the Town of Woodstock Public Works Department.
