Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work includes filling in of the wet well and abandoning and filling the pipe connecting the new and old lift stations. The scope of the project also includes removing and disposing of the old pumps and any additional equipment. The electrical equipment serving the old lift station will be disconnected and removed, but the electricity to the site serving the new station will remain. The existing tin-can station, vents, redundant out of service piping and control panel and housing structure are to be demolished and disposed. The existing area should be resurfaced with gravel, once construction is complete. All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than Friday, April 14, 2023, by 2:00 PM.
