Renovation of a road / highway in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
**As of May 23, 2023, project was awarded to Concrete Construction LLC, awarded amount is $82,559.42.** The City of Cottleville ("City") is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified Contractors for the replacement of approximately 137 square yards of stamped and pigmented concrete. The replaced concrete will be in crosswalks within Hwy N and intersection streets. ("Project") as shown on Exhibit B The City reserves the right to work with the selected Contractor to revise the limits and scope of the project. This project will consist of the removal and replacement of sections of crosswalk in Old Town Cottleville. Approximately 137 SY of pavement will be replaced with stamped and pigmented concrete to match the existing. The replacement cross section will consist of eight (8) inches of concrete on top of a compacted four (4) inch type 5 rock base. A high early concrete mix will be required for this project. In addition, due to the location and nature of this project, traffic control will have strict requirements. The project will be split into two (2) phases. Phase I will consists of all crosswalks that cross Hwy N. Phase II will consist of the crosswalks that cross St. Charles St., Lime St, and Chestnut St.
