As of October 2023, this project is under construction. Lamar Consolidated Independent School District Gene Tomas High School and Ella Banks Junior High - Bid Package #1 The site is located along FM 723 and Bellaire Blvd. in Richmond Texas. The temporary address is 24655 Bellaire Blvd., Richmond, Texas 77406 Scope of Work Includes: Construction of a new High School Campus Construction of a new Junior High School Campus The scope of Bid Package #1 includes all earthwork, utilities, temporary water well, temporary construction fencing, and erosion control scopes required for the project. Qualifications/Proposals are due at 2:00 PM on Wednesday April 19, 2023. All Earthwork bidders will need to provide an add price to Lime Stabilize all sidewalks adjacent to the building utilizing 6% lime at a depth of 6". *Please send any project questions to Bobby Truchard btruchard@drymalla.com*
