Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Water Plant No. 1 Phase 1 for Fort Bend County MUD No. 198, Fort Bend County, Texas," Scope of work includes construction of one (1) water plant consisting of one (1) 1500 GPM gravel wall water well and one (1) 500 GPM gravel wall water well (including test hole, driller's log, analysis of drill, drift indicator survey, electric log, gas log, water quality sampling, evaluations report), well construction (including multi-stop alignment survey), well development, pumping tests, chemical analysis, well cleaning, disinfection, well pump installation, one (1) 396,000 gallon welded steel ground storage tank, one (1) 30,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, electrical building, chemical building and chemical tank foundations, booster zump station, air compressor, emergency diesel generator, site preparation, grading and drainage, driveway and paving, yard piping, swale, culvert, junction box, bollards, fencing and gate, controls and all necessary appurtenances. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid.
