**As of July 28,2023, project was awarded to Jerdon Enterprise, L.P, awarded amount is $1,194,999.99.** It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to complete the Construction of Sundial Park at Trammel-Fresno Road and California Street, hereinafter referred to as the "Project," as specified herein. The County and the Contractor recognize the delays, expense, and difficulties involved inproving in a legal or arbitration proceeding the actual loss suffered by the County if the work is not complete on time. Accordingly, instead of requiring any such proof, the County and the Contractor agree that as liquidated damages Bonds are required. Fort Bend County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
