Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and educational facility.
The project is located in the Dogwood Parking Deck. The project consists of HVAC upgrades to the pay operations/transportation office on the second floor. The project scope is to replace the existing split system heat pumps identified as AHU-1 and AHU-2. The condensing units will be relocated adjacent to the parking office. Also, a new ventilation air booster fan VF-1 and stainless-steel exhaust riser to the roof will be provided. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 4-11-2023.
