The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) located in Research Triangle Park, NC, is requesting quotes for a Preventative Maintenance Program for ultra low temperature freezers (-20 and -80 degree Celcius). In accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quantity 83 freezers Award will be based upon Best Value taking into consideration technical capability (ability to meet the requirements of the SOW) and price. Technical capability is slightly more important than price. Award will be made to the technically acceptable low quote. *If your company is not service contract act exempt then any purchase order issued as to the result of this solicitaion will incorporate the prevailing Department of Labor wage decision applicable.** **Contractor shall fill out and return Attachment - FAR 52.204-24. Failure to provide a completed copy of FAR 52.204-24 will result in being determined to be non-responsive** Preventative Maintenance and Service Program for ultra low temperature freezers: -80 and -20 Degrees Celsius freezers QTY 83 (See attachment A for list of freezers) Service includes two Preventative Maintenance checkouts per year per unit as described in the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: 05/01/2023 to 04/30/2024
