The work to be done under these specifications includes furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools and equipment necessary for the inspection and/or rehabilitation of the potable water well described herein and specified in the contract documents, This contract involves the rehabilitation of an existing water well along West Jefferson Street, Kosciusko, MS,The next phase of the rehabilitation will install a new 14 liner casing, swaged to an 8 lap pipe and 8 screen with gravel pack to be placed to completely fill the annular space from the bottom of the hole to the surface. The project includes the Rehabilitation of Water Well #4 The Contract Time will be One Hundred Eighty (180) consecutive calendar days liquidated damages will be $200 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall obtain and pay for all construction permits, licenses, and certificates of occupancy Payroll costs include, but are not limited to, salaries and wages plus the cost of fringe benefits, which include social security contributions, unemployment, excise, and payroll taxes, workers compensation, health and retirement benefits, sick leave, and vacation and holiday pay applicable thereto. The City of Kosciusko reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids
