**As of June 23, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Project Manual or be in doubt as to their written meaning, he must immediately notify the Architect in writing. The Architect will then send a written instruction or interpretation by written Addendum to all known holders of the documents if deemed appropriate by the Architect. Oral instructions or decisions, unless confirmed in writing will not be considered valid, legal, or binding. Questions received less than 48 hours before schedule time of opening bids cannot be answered. Question Deadline 06/06/2023 The Project consists of the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to construct and ready for operation the work and all associated construction within the time stated and in strict accordance with the construction documents. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for, and have control over, construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the Work under Contract. B. The Contractor shall use all precautions to prevent endangerment to buildings occupants, as Jobsite safety is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
