Your firm is hereby invited to submit a bid, for Plumbing Maintenance & Repair Services - Antigonish, on the enclosed form, and in accordance with the Specifications. The Housing Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids that may be received. Bids addressed and delivered to the Agency, will be received at the Bid Closing Address up to the Bid Closing Date and Time as shown on Page 1 of the Bid and Agreement. One copy of the Bid shall be submitted on the Bid and Agreement Form provided by the Agency. All spaces on the form must be filled in completely and correctly. Signatures are to be those of authorized signing officers and are to be witnessed. The Bid submitted shall not contain any form of qualification unless the Bid documents otherwise provide, for any unsolicited alternative to the Bid. The completed form shall be without interlineation, alterations, or erasures. The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Agency. The Agency reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all Bids. Bids may be submitted for either Option 1 or Option 2 or both. With respect to Option 2, bids may be submitted on one or more than one group of locations. The Housing Agency reserves the right to award one contract (Option 1) or separate contracts for each group of locations (Option 2). .1 A Bid submitted by facsimile will be accepted provided it is received "on paper" and in it's entirety at the Bid Closing Address by the Bid Closing Date and Time. The Agency assumes no responsibility for the receipt of bids transmitted by facsimile nor for maintaining the confidentiality for their contents.
