Reference Number 0000244899 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/04/14 03:00:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Screened Loam Topsoil to various locations on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications The period of contract shall be from the Date of Award and shall end on 30 April 2024. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to four (4) additional 1-year periods subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor. All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing via Electronically not later than Friday, 14 April 2023. Should the Electronically system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority by email.
