Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa Hills, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: Site 1 - Reconstruction of Bexford Place from Indian Road to Osborn Street. Site 2 - Concrete pavement repairs on Hillandale Road from Richards Road to Carriage Hill Drive. Site 3 - Drainage improvements along Underhill Road including the installation of new storm sewer. Site 4 - Concrete pavement repairs on Strauss Avenue from Indian Road to the north Village Limits. Site 5 - Reconstruction of alley north of Indian Road from Jodore Avenue to Strauss Avenue. Site 6 - Resurfacing of Sulphur Springs Road from Indian Road (west) to Brookside Road (east). Site 7 - Replace guardrail in northwest quadrant of bridge on Edgehill Road over the Ottawa River. Site 8 - Drainage improvements along Westchester Road including the installation of new storm sewer. Site 9 - Resurfacing of Bancroft Street from west Village limits to Talmadge Road. Site 10 - Construction of pedestrian refuge island at the intersection of Bancroft Street and Evergreen Road.
