Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa Hills, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of the milling and resurfacing of Miner Road from Brookside to Westchester, Indian Road from the Village Limits to Evergreen, and the approach slabs for the bridge on Talmadge Road over the Ottawa River. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Due to routing of the Glass City Marathon on these streets, work may not begin on this project until April 28, 2025. The substantial completion date for the entire project is August 1, 2025.
