Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform remediation work on the Rose Lake Green fountain plaza and pumphouse. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and excavation of areas of the existing plaza. Excavation of existing below-grade fountain pumphouse to replace waterproofing. Installation of compacted granular to the depth of the pumphouse. Installation of plaza surface including concrete (repairs, slab, lean mix, seat wall and stairs) and pavers.
