Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work under this contract includes the 300 Level of Building Zone 3, Scope includes updating the buildings life safety systems including expansion of the sprinkler system in the identified areas. The project scope also includes identified abatement, window replacement (29 units), accessible upgrades in the North stairwell all floor levels, and renovations including AV upgrades in the classrooms. The scope of work also includes AV upgrades in rooms 311, 312, 313, 318, and 139 on the 300 Level of Building Zone 1 and room 327 on the 300 Level of Building Zone 2. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
