For the provision of construction management services for the decommissioning and removal of exterior visitation shelters, and related site repairs at various personal care homes throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas of Manitoba. A separate Expression of Interest (EOI) has been issued by the Government of Manitoba titled "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR REMOVAL OF EXTERNAL VISITATION SHELTERS" to solicit proposals from interested parties wishing to acquire the shelters. The successful CM proponent under this RFP will be required to coordinate with the successful proponents from Government of Manitoba EOI to ensure that all aspects of the removal and turn over of shelters is well coordinated with no disruption to PCHs. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
