The City of Marion, Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified consulting teams to perform engineering and related services regarding the proposed Lucore Road Pedestrian Bridge & Sidepath Project. This project will connect the sidepath along Lucore Road from IndianCreek Road to just north of Indian Creek and includes the construction of a sidepath bridge. This project falls within the jurisdictions of the City of Marion as well as LinnCounty. The City of Marion will be the lead jurisdiction for this project. As of December 11, 2024, the project is in design. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule has not been disclosed. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
