Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marion, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Marion, Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified consulting teams to perform engineering and related services regarding the proposed Lucore Road Pedestrian Bridge & Sidepath Project. This project will connect the sidepath along Lucore Road from IndianCreek Road to just north of Indian Creek and includes the construction of a sidepath bridge. This project falls within the jurisdictions of the City of Marion as well as LinnCounty. The City of Marion will be the lead jurisdiction for this project.
