Reference number : 1711655 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Applicable agreement(s): Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO), Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) The City of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson wishes to receive quotes for unit prices for project # TP-202303-39 to eventually proceed with the order for the supply including the delivery of various types of granular materials for a total quantity estimated at approximately 19,200 metric tons for the City's needs for its 2023 and early 2024 works. Interested companies are invited to respond within the prescribed deadlines to this call for tenders by public call for tenders. All questions during the submission period should be directed in writing to the designated official. In addition, the contract resulting from this call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders.
