Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of May 31, 2023, project was awarded to Seeger Glass Co. but awarded amount is not available** Hamilton County Department of Facilities (HCDF) is seeking pricing for the Purchase, Construction, Delivery and Installation of windows for the Hamilton County Justice Center. As a governmental body we are tax exempt. Vendor will indicate purchase order on all invoices submitted for payment. Based upon the results of the evaluation, the County will select a vendor(s) who it determines to be the lowest and best vendor(s) meeting all required specifications. If the Vendor attempts any unauthorized communication with individuals associated with this project or quote, the County will reject the Vendor's quote. Telephone calls (All questions must be e-mailed to purchasing@hamilton-co.org or submitted through Bid Sync) Letters, e-mails or faxes regarding the quote or its evaluation prior to the award made to anyone other than the County Purchasing Department Visits in person or through a third party attempting to obtain information regarding the quote A violation of these safety & health rules and work practices is grounds for disciplinary enforcement action by HCDCF management as permissible by the Contractor's Contract and the Contractor Adherence Policy and Enforcement guidelines established by this program. All questions regarding this quote must be presented in writing and e-mailed or faxed to: Purchasing@hamilton-co.org (Quote number should be entered in the subject line of the e-mail) Contractor will provide and install windows according to size and build mentioned here. Install includes all lifts and scaffolding needed to install the window at the cost of the contractor. Contractor may use provided davit sleeves and davit arms on site. Also, where applicable, all loose or broken parts such as but not limited to; screws, angle iron, and any parts needed to secure window must be replaced when needed. Contractor will provide all caulking of the window after replacement with an anti-pick caulk. Contractor must provide a safety plan to the County before starting work. See Attachment A for the Hamilton County Facilities Safety and Health Specifications to guide Contractors while working on County projects.
