Remodeling of an educational facility in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The Kent School District wishes to contract for: Extension and modernization of the existing PAC Gym Foyer. New restrooms and new concession. The scope of work is demolition of site, removal of doors, and construction of new partitions, new floor finish, new flooring, new ceiling, new lighting. Bid security, in the amount of 5% of the bid sum must accompany each bid. Security shall be madepayableto the Kent School District either by certified check or bid bond issued by a surety company licensedtoconduct business in Washington State.
