All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the "SPECIFICATIONS FOR BUILDING 1406 ROLL UP DOOR INSTALLATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) 70Z02423Q0000110A" and the applicable wages as incorporated herein. NOTE: In addition to the SF-18 form on the preceeding page, Offeror shall provide an itemized price breakdown in sufficient detail to permit a complete analysis of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, disposal costs, and overhead and profit, at both the prime and subcontracting levels and shall cover all work involved in the contract.
