Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Route 112 and Spring Road - Sheathing and sealing work" and the tenderer must be clearly identified therein. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900/2019. The tender, the guarantee that must accompany it, as well as all the other documents to be provided, will be deemed valid for a period of 90 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document. Only tenders submitted by contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as that under which they tender will be considered.
