Site work for a water / sewer project in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. The bidder shall be responsible for the cleaning up of the job site and shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the work to the satisfaction of the Public Services Department for the City of Kalamazoo. Where needed, all traffic control used for such operations as defined by the MMUTCD will be the responsibility of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond which shall not be less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. Project shall have a final completion date of November 1, 2023. Liquidated Damages 7.1 Liquidated damages, if applicable, shall be $500.00 a day regardless of contract size.
