Reference number : 1710941 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the repair of the envelope and the backyard at Habitations Louis-Hébert located at 6510, rue Cartier in the Rosemont- La Petite-Patrie borough in Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Partial repair of the masonry at the rear of the building; Replacement of three rear balcony doors; Sealing around openings on all rear facades; The repair of the wrought metals on the balconies and the rear staircase; Modification and repair of the steel fence giving access to the rear parking lot; The new metal fence at the back; Spot corrections to foundation walls; The addition of a new outdoor access sidewalk in the backyard; Backyard greening The work will be carried out in a building built in the 1970s. It has three (3) floors and includes eight (8) apartments intended for families. The structure of the building is made of wood and the outer envelope is mainly made of brick. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Works duration According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around June 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 100 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
