*Award subject to final approval Reference number : 1710560 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the fungal decontamination and repair of four (4) vacant dwellings at Habitations Montcalm located at 1845 Alexandre DeSève Street in Montreal in the Ville-Marie borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes fungal decontamination and interior repair, repair of bathrooms and kitchens, replacement of finishes and furniture, replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment including supply and installation in accordance with plans and specifications. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising four (4) family apartments. The building, built in 1974, is made of wood with a brick exterior facing and a flat roof. During the works, the apartments will be vacant. WORKS DURATION According to the current schedule, work is scheduled to begin on August 7, 2023, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In this case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 110 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
