Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Dunbar, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 1, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project includes the following Work: Install new underdrains, filter media, blower, controls, instrumentation, and concrete rehabilitation for Filters 6 and 7 of the NFCMA Water Treatment Plant. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142). The Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority, and to reject any or all proposals. Clarification Date 5/4/2023 4:00 PM 8585.0428 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
