The County of Santa Clara (the County) is requesting bids from vendors to provide Carpet and Tile Cleaning Services for the various agencies and departments as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Please refer to Carpet and Tile Cleaning Services Specifications and Requirements document. It is the Countys intent to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year extensions from this solicitation. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on an initial assessment. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products and/or services are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. This is an ALL or NONE Bid. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Please read the INSTRUCTIONS & BID DETAILS included in the Bid Response Form spreadsheet carefully. Bidders are to enter a value for the Total Price from Bid Response Form on the Periscope Holdings bid management site. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award. Within 3 days of Countys notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: - Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements - County of Santa Clara COVID-19 Requirements and Contractor Certification of Compliance Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals
