Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of 2 sewer manholes and the installation of 5 polymer concrete manhole inserts. The rehabilitation consists of the removal of the top 2 feet of existing t-lock material, epoxy coating onto the cone and replacing the frame and cover. The remaining 5 manholes will install polymer concrete inserts and replace the cone grade rings and frame and covers. The manholes are located in Fruit Avenue between Jensen Avenue and North Avenue, as shown on the Plans. Work shall include removal of grade rings, concrete repair, epoxy coating, installation of a polymer concrete manhole inserts, and removing and replacing manhole frame and covers, including all associated facilities, appurtenances, and incidentals Liquidated Damages $500.00 Per each Calendar Day Project Duration 60 Days from Notice to Proceed Date
