irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code §20500, et seq.) and authorizing statutes (Water Code §22975, et seq.) (District), hereby gives notice that it will accept Bids for the following public works: Provide, deliver and deposit Caltrans ¾” Class II Aggregate Base Rock over two miles of roadway, as instructed by District staff. Recycled material is not acceptable. Delivery tickets, invoices and related items must indicate new, non-recycled material. District staff reserves the right to inspect and reject inferior material that does not strictly conform to Caltrans specifications. The material and service below is to be performed over the duration of approximately one month during or around the month of June, 2023. The El Dorado Irrigation District requires an estimated 2,500 tons of 3/4" Caltrans Class II Aggregate Base Rock. The material is to be provided and delivered to the following District site located within El Dorado County ½ mile off Highway 50 and Old Carson Road near the town of Pollock Pines Highway 50 Pollock Pines, CA 95726 The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to re-issue this RFB
