Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pollock Pines, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 1,620-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
-Remove and replace existing 24x40 portable building with new 36x40 modular building by Class Leasing. The new building shall be installed on a permanent concrete foundation. -Construct wood frame shelters at the two entry doors. -Install all utilities to serve the new building. -Provide asphalt and concrete paving. -Provide new accessible parking and infrastructure for future electric vehicle parking Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner Owner reserves the right to approve or reject the surety insurer selected by Contractor and to require Contractor to obtain a bond from a surety insurer satisfactory to the Owner. Owner also reserves the right to reject any bid as non responsive if a listed subcontractors license is not in good standing to perform the work for which it is listed from the time of submission of the bidders bid to award of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity and to reject any or all bids.
