All questions should be directed to the Engineer in writing at the email address indicated above. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. GCS reserves the right to reject any bids for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. GCS further reserves the right to reject all bids or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of Gaston County Schools.
