City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract This project encompasses the rehabilitation and cleaning of wells and pumps at the City's Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 201 Eagle City Road in Springfield, Ohio. a. The intent of the schedule is as follows: i. Year 1 - 2023 Rehabilitate two (2) wells. ii. Year 2 - 2024 Rehabilitate two (2) wells iii. Year 3 - 2025 Rehabilitate two (2) wells iv. Year 4 - 2026 Rehabilitate two (2) wells v. Year 5 - 2027 Rehabilitate two (2) wells vi. Year 6 - 2028 Rehabilitate two (2) wells b. Well rehabilitation shall be scheduled so as the Contractor shall only perform 1 mobilization and demobilization per year. c. A maximum of two (2) wells may be simultaneously out of service for rehabilitation and/or maintenance services. i. This amount may be reduced at any time in an event beyond control of COS which reduces the amount of available and in-service wells.
