Site work for a water / sewer project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Extreme Land Clearing & Excavation, LLC, dba CBC Construction (CGC1522062), the Construction Manager, will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified subcontractors for Parker Elementary Drainage Improvements, 640 S Hwy 22 A, Panama City, Florida 32404, for the following scope of work: Scope of work consists of re-grading the existing storm water pond. This will include but is not limited to regular excavation, export of materials, final dress, replacement of sod, and seed and mulch. Storm system scope consist of clean and camera existing storm water system of approx. 4,550 linear feet and installation of various size Atrium domes on existing structures. Bid Bonds and Payment & Performance Bonds are NOT required for this project. Any questions / clarifications can be submitted to Brandon McKenzie at brandonm@cbcconstruction.com. By submitting a proposal, you are accepting all bid documents as is with no changes.
