The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to develop a TransModeler Microsimulation Model for State Route 91 from State Route 57 to Artesia Boulevard. The budget for this project is $200,000 for an 18-month term. Please note that by submitting a Proposal, Offeror certifies that it is not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government including, but not limited to, Presidential Executive Order Nos. 13660, 13661, 13662, 13685, and 14065. Any individual or entity that is the subject of any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanction is not eligible to submit a Proposal. In submitting a Proposal, all Offerors agree to comply with all economic sanctions imposed by the State or U.S. Government. All prospective Offerors will be asked to keep this date available. Offerors are encouraged to subcontract with small businesses to the maximum extent possible. All Offerors will be required to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws and regulations. The award of this contract is subject to receipt of federal, state and/or local funds adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified Scope of Work.
