This work consists of providing two (2) cycles of pre-scheduled Roadside Litter Pickup in 2023 along US 1, North and South, MP 0.00 to MP 9.23 in Cecil County. Please note that distances are two times (2X) highway length to account for both shoulders. The approximate start time is June with a crew of four (4). Provide your own truck. Bids are lump sum for an entire cycle. The successful contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in accordance with this specification and scope of work in the manner called for, and to the satisfaction of the State Highway Administration. Vendor supplies their own trash bags, minimum size of 35 gallon. Vendor to use best practices established in the service industry to perform this work. All work to be done in a safe manner, adhering to OSHA and MOSH regulations and standards. Vendor's vehicle shall be licensed, registered, and insured. Workers will wear ANSI Class 3 outerwear. US 1, North and South, MP 0.00 to MP 9.23 in Cecil County. The route covered includes the SHA right of way on both sides of the roadway The duration / term of the contract will be during TIME PERIOD 2023. The contract written with the successful bidder will be for the successful total bid amount that does not exceed $50,000 Small Business Reserve Designation Yes
