Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brownstown TWP, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids will be received for the following approximate quantities of work. Curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement and installation of traffic signal and related appurtenances. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to Charter Township of Brownstown Downtown Development Authority as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Charter Township of Brownstown Downtown Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. The MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction, Division 2 through Division 9, including any issued Errata, are hereby incorporated into this Contract by reference and apply to work on this Project. Wherever the MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction is in conflict with the Specifications or Special Provisions contained within the Project Manual, the Specifications or Special Provisions contained within the Project Manual shall apply All inquiries shall be directed to Mr. Dave Nummer, (734) 558-1264.
