1.1 The awarded contractor(s) shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to perform stucco, plaster, sealant, and related interior and exterior coating work as needed at various University of Northern Colorado buildings and sites as per these specifications. 1.2 This solicitation may result in multiple awards to insure contractor availability on an as needed basis. Requirements: 2.1 The areas to be coated may include sheathing, wire mesh, industry panels and all interior and exterior surfaces. Associated substrate prep work (cleaning, removal of damaged material) is also to be included. Contractors are to provide all unit pricing, excluding paint, as listed on proposal pages. 2.2. Prices to include all labor and materials (excluding paint) required. Prices to include all caulking, texturing, crack repair, historical renovation, and all fog coatings. All pricing for stucco and plaster to include 3 coats each. 2.3. Compensation to the Contractor shall be based on the Bid Unit Prices
